Giant inflatables and rides fill the soccer field as we enjoy an evening of food, fun and fellowship! Trunk or Treat is from 6:00-6:30 PM and costumes are optional for the children.

FAQ - For All Life Group Leaders

When does the Tailgate Party begin and end?

Starts at 5:00 PM, each group can show up between 4:30 PM & 5:00 PM.  Ends at 8:00 PM.

How many vehicles can we bring?

Only 1 full size vehicle per Life Group allowed on the field.

After it ends, what steps need to be taken for clean up?

Each group will be provided with a large trash bag.  Please use that for your group's trash then have someone in your group take the bag to the dumpster inside the wood enclosure at the County Road 14 entrance as they leave.

Each group should provide at least one person to help pick up litter after the event so that the soccer field is left clean and clear for the next use.

When will the Trunk or Treat activity begin and end?

Trunk or treat will begin at 6:15 and end at 6:45. It will begin at the sound of the air horn and conclude with two blasts from the air horn.

What should we bring?

Please ask everyone in your group to bring a bag of candy for the Trunk or Treat.  

Each group is responsible for their own paper products and drinks.

Each group is responsible for bringing any tables they will need.

Can the kids dress up?

Yes, the kids can dress up but keep in mind that there will be inflatables and the costumes may interfere with jumping, etc.  

Will there be a Life Group Contest?

No, there will be no judging.
