If you have children joining with you who are eligible to take communion*, they must fill out the youth testimony form and also be scheduled for an interview with an elder.
*Requirements to participate in communion (If your child has expressed a clear, age appropriate testimony of how they came to Christ, has received the sacrament of baptism and has been admitted to the communion table at your previous church, then they will be interviewed by an elder as any other individual seeking membership.  Please schedule their interviews with our membership assistant at the same time you schedule your own.  If not, then we welcome your child as a "non-communicant" member and request that they attend our Youth or Child Communicant classes before being admitted to the Lord's table).
