Through this study, our prayer is that you’ll:

Understand three thematic threads of Scriptures (Redemption through Jesus Christ, God’s Covenant with his people, God’s Kingdom now and to come)
- Fulfill a deep longing to be part of something “bigger” than yourself by becoming part of God’s Scriptural adventure and finding your unique verse and voice in His-Story.
Last Fall, we used a five-day-a-week devotional study to get the big picture of Scripture and its redemptive, covenantal and kingdom threads, and we started weaving our own life story into His-Story.
This Spring study, Beholding is Becoming (Part II), follows up on His-Story/Your Story. You will continue meditating on and embracing your own story and His-Story. You’ll share your story in the safety of your same small group, and learn to receive and give Scriptural affirmation and challenges. Our prayer is that through these two studies you will find your unique verse or voice in God’s Kingdom and that others will recognize and remind you of your calling and desires.
This study includes teaching and small group interaction led by trained, loving leaders. The $12 fee includes a three-ring binder, lessons and all handouts.

Tuesday Evening
6:30 PM – 8:15 PM
Evening study will begin with teaching followed by small groups.

What makes Christian parenting distinctly Christian? More pointedly, what would make your parenting different from that of a Mormon or moral athiest? When we witness to adults about our faith we're careful to tell them that they can't work their way into heaven, but is that the message we give our children? Do they know what the gospel is? Have they been dazzled by the love of Jesus? Or do they think Christianity is about being "nice" and making Jesus smile? Have they heard the message of the glorious gospel of grace? Come be encouraged and equipped to incorporate the gospel of grace in your parenting.
